Overview

Dynamic Profilers are automated machines that facilitate accurate capturing of a product’s dimensions (Length, Breadth, Height, Actual Volume) and actual weight against the product identifier (usually a barcode) and store this information in databases. For applications that demand dimension and weight scanning of products at high speeds, Falcon Autotech offers its latest generation of Dynamic Profilers. Capable of scanning high throughputs, these systems offer unmatched productivity and accuracy levels. The Dynamic Profiler Series Systems come with a wide array of modular options to choose from so that you can tailor make your system as per your specific needs and do not end up with a force fitted system.

HOW DO I SELECT THE RIGHT PROFILER MODEL?

What parcel size do I need?

Mini (600mm)

Specially designed for small parcels scanning applications, our “Mini” range of profilers are best suited for products upto 600 x 600 x 600 mm and 20 KG of maximum weight.

Jumbo (1200mm)

Designed for bulk cargo scanning, our “Jumbo” range of profilers are ideal for handling large parcels measuring upto 1200 x 900 x 900 mm and 60 KG of maximum weight.

What throughput do I need?

Fully Automatic

Maximize the utilization of your selected profiler (Mini/Jumbo) by adding fully automatic barcode scanning capabilities. Achieve throughputs as high as 3000 parcels per hour with our “Mini Automatic” and 1800 parcels per hour with our “Jumbo Automatic” Profiler models.

Semi-Automatic

Opt for cost effective models for less demanding applications. These models come with integrated handheld wireless barcode scanners and are capable of achieving throughputs upto 1200 pph with our “Mini Semi-Automatic” and 900 pph with our “Jumbo Semi- Automatic” Profiler Models.

What technology should I opt?

IBX SERIES PROFILERS

The IBX engine is a home-grown dimensioning engine developed by Falcon Autotech. Its capability of measuring products as low as 5 mm in height and a host of custom features such as flailing edge detection and 3D point cloud imaging have made it a default choice for many of our customers.

I SERIES PROFILERS

I-Series profilers are equipped with the world’s most reliable dimensioning technology – SICK VMS Series (twin head). Capable of scanning products with 5 mm accuracy at high speeds, the I-series engine of Falcon Profilers is truly a cornerstone in the global landscape of automated parcel profiling.

USPs OF PROFILERS

SHIPMENT IMAGING (OPTIONAL)

Now capture high resolution images for all the parcels and link them with their barcode numbers, dimension and weight data for future reconciliation.

REALTIME BARCODE VERIFICATION (OPTIONAL)

Real time cross-verification of the scanned barcodes against a database of expected barcodes (or any other custom business logic) to reduce instances of un-identified parcels drastically.

BOX/NON-BOX CLASSIFICATION

Falcon Profilers are capable of identifying the shape of the scanned parcels and categorising them into Box/Non-Box. This classification provides our customers with deep insights into their parcel profile and enables them to make complex business decisions.

ONE-VIEW DASHBOARD

For multi-site customers, Falcon offers a cloud hosted central dashboard that is connected with all individual machines in the customer’s network. This dashboard serves a single point monitoring window and offers a real time visibility into the performance trends of individual machines.
